Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure the fastest delivery times possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order can be returned for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday to Friday, and orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our product prices are displayed tax-free in US Dollars. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Canbrio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any other relevant details. We will resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
