Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopcanbrio@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: 7559 Cresswell Court, Vancouver British Columbia, V5S3X8.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before making a return request.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
